The photographer was Richard A. Kestenbaum, a Gay Head resident in the 1940's & 1950"s.
This collection of ceramic tiles using the vintage photographs is a project created by the mother-daughter team of Kristina Hook and Jennifer Staples. Jennifer created this collection using her Grandfathers photographs taken in 1945 after Richard's return from World War II, and Kristina was a baby.
